一、数据模型与决策
本课程包括统计学和运筹学两部分的教学内容。本课程设置的目的是为进行经营管理问题的研究和实践提供统计学和运筹学的方法;为其他有关专业课程提供数据分析方面的基础;提高学生处理数字信息的能力;以统计学和运筹学的独特思维方式对学生进行思维训练,开拓思路。
统计学是一门方法论的学科,研究如何搜集、整理与分析统计资料以及进行统计推断的理论与方法。运筹学是依照给定目标和条件从众多方案中选择最优方案的科学决策方法。
This course includes fundamental concepts of both statistics and decision theory. Statistics enables students to collect, process and analyze data. Decision theory concerns a collection of concepts and techniques for evaluating complex decision alternatives. This course provides an introduction to generic modeling techniques that can be employed to address this complexity. Topics studied include linear programming, decision analysis, mathematical programming, inventory theory, forecasting, and Markov decision processes.

二、管理经济学
管理经济学是一门应用经济学,它以微观经济学为理论基础,借助于决策科学和管理科学的各种方法和工具, 指导企业决策者高效率地配置稀缺资源,制定和实施能使企业目标得以实现的经营决策。
管理经济学的主要内容可分为经济理论、优化方法和管理决策三部分。 管理经济学强调将这些基本理论运用于企业决策,包括需求分析、产量与价格决策、定价决策、投资决策、内部组织设计、业绩评估与激励机制设计等。为了将基本的微观经济理论运用于企业决策,管理经济学还涉及到决策方法和工具,包括优化方法、统计方法以及预测方法,企业的科学决策和目标优化只有借助于这些具体的方法和具体的工具才能实现。
This course studies the role of economic issues in the managerial decision-making process. It covers the concept of microeconomics and provides key analytical tools. Theoretical concepts are consistently motivated by real-world situational scenaries, and are explained within the context of real-world business applications.

三、财务会计
财务会计是运用专门方法记录企业过去的交易、事项与情况,并以财务报表的形式将企业的财务状况、经营成果和现金流量等信息传递给企业外部使用者的信息系统。本课程要求学生在了解会计的基本理论、基本方法和基本技能的基础上,重点掌握会计核算的方法和程序,借贷记帐法和帐户的运用以及会计循环的全过程和会计报表所提供的信息。并通过对会计报表及相关资料进行理解、分析和运用,从会计的角度加强企业的资产管理与控制会计信息的,进行有效的决策。The course is to provide a basic understanding of published financial statements and of how such statements may be analyzed in order to draw inferences about the financial performance, position and viability of organizations.

四、生产与运作管理
随着市场经济的发展,企业之间竞争日益激烈,如何有效地组织生产资源,以最快的速度(Time)、最低的成本(Cost)、最好的品质(Quality)、最优的服务(Service)生产出符合用户需要的产品,是现代生产运作管理的核心战略。生产与运作管理课程旨在使学生能够掌握现代运作管理的基本理论与方法,并能运用于实际工作中,解决运作过程的实际问题。
本课程覆盖企业生产与运作(制造业和服务业)的三个方面的内容:运作系统的设计、运作系统的运行、运作系统的维护和改进。
The purpose of the course is to provide an understanding of the role, objectives and activities of the operations manager. It provides knowledge and understanding of the concepts and techniques of operations management, equips students with the necessary skills for data analysis and builds confidence in working with mathematical techniques.

五、公司财务
公司财务包括投资决策、筹资决策、股利决策和营运资本决策等内容, 是关于资产配置、融资和资产管理决策的一门学科。现代财务理论是建立在公司价值最大化的目标基础上的,重点探讨在有限责任公司特别是股份有限公司这种现代企业制度的主要形式下,如何对公司经营过程中的资金活动进行预测决策和分析。通过对财务基本知识的学习,将有利于学员为在实际工作中适应变化做好充分准备。
This course introduces the theory of corporate finance and the application of this theory to realistic problems in corporate financial management. Topics covered include financial markets and institutions; time value of the money; security and asset pricing; risk and return, etc. The course analyzes optimal financial policy on a firm level, under what conditions an optimal policy actually exists, and how the actual financial decisions of firms may be explained in theoretical terms.

六、营销管理
本课程旨在较深层次上介绍市场营销学及其在商业实践中的作用,主要包括以下的重要内容:
(1) 市场分析与市场选择:引导你掌握营销管理的要义,分析市场环境,以及学习市场分析的技巧和方法,从而对市场及顾客价值做出明智的选择。
(2) 营销策略及顾客价值管理:有系统地引领你订定营销管理目标,创造顾客价值,以及有效地将顾客价值、理念和方法传递给目标对象,以便能建立长远的顾客交易关系。
(3) 营销策划及案例分析:有系统地引领你从企业整体需要及顾客价值出发,透过营销策划、组织、控制、改革和建立市场导向企业文化的理念和方法,分析个案,以培养你在策划、应变和解决市场问题上的能力。
This course is intended for those who wish to have an understanding further of the principles of marketing and to recognize its role as an important management function. The course includes market definition and conditions, marketing strategies, consumer value and satisfaction, the marketing mix, policies and plans, and decision-making. Case studies selected will study in detail the problems and processes o marketing, with a view toward the development of analytical techniques used in the marketplace

七、组织行为学
组织行为学是一个研究领域,它探讨个体、群体、以及结构对组织内部行为的影响,以便应用这些知识来改善组织的有效性,强调的是与工作岗位、缺勤、员工流动、生产率、绩效和管理有关的行为,其核心内容包括激励、领导行为和权威、人际沟通、群体结构与过程、学习、态度形成与知觉、变革过程、冲突、工作设计、工作压力等。
This course draws upon psychology, sociology and anthropology to examine the role of culture in the behavior of managers, employees, consumers, competitors and the community in business environment. Among the topics included are communication, motivation, change, group dynamics, stress, negotiation, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making.

八、人力资源管理
企业人力资源开发与管理是适应建立市场经济体制的需要新设置的一门课程,其研究对象是人力资源获得、培育、运用与保养的规律,其任务是为企业经理在完成企业既定目标的过程中有效地运用人力资源提供基本理论和方法。主要教学内容包括人力资源配备、人力资源开发、人力资源评价、人力资源补偿、人力资源保养五个部分,分成导论、工作分析、人力资源计划、招聘、选择、训练、绩效评价作评价、薪资调查、薪资制度、奖励制度、工作时间制度等十二个专题。
This course aims to equip students with the knowledge, insights and skills needed to manage people effectively. The course addresses a range of human resource management practices and develops a criterial approach to the theory and concepts of organizational effectiveness and change management. Included are evaluation of national human resources, recruitment and remuneration systems, gender and ethnic issues, performance evaluation and reward, training and development, and policies.

九、管理信息系统
本课程旨在使学生熟悉管理信息系统的有关概念,了解信息资源管理的基本知识和各种先进技术及其发展趋势,为有效地利用信息系统,实现管理现代化,提高企业竞争中的战略优势,为组织领导或参与制定企业信息系统战略规划和开发、使用、管理维护各种信息系统打下坚实的基础。
本课程的主要内容包括:信息系统革命,信息系统的战略角色,信息系统与决策,计算机与信息处理,信息系统软件,信息资源的管理,电子商务,知识的管理等内容。
This course aims to provide students with an introduction to planning, implementing and mai-ntaining an effective and efficient information service for an organization. Emphasis will be placed on the established conceptual framework as well as on the latest trends and developments in information systems. Through the integration of theory and practice, the course is intended to equip students with knowledge, methods, and awareness of the electronic revolution that increasingly shapes international business operations.

十、战略管理
本课程旨在帮助学生理解战略管理的思想、内容和发展,在对企业环境变化进行科学分析和预测的基础上,企业未来的生存和发展制定切实可行的战略,并将其付诸实施和进行控制。主要包括战略管理的理念和实质、环境分析、战略计划、战略实施和战略控制几大部分内容,注重理论和案例结合展开分析。
This course is designed to provide students with a deeper understanding of strategic management principles, theories and concepts. During this course, the student will learn how to develop mission statements, assess both the external and internal environments to determine organizational strengths and weaknesses. All materials are designed to provide valuable practical application of learned theories and concepts.

MBA商务英语的教学目的是培养学生在商务,工商管理、经济等领域综合运用英语的能力。通过该课程的学习,学生能顺利地阅读本专业英语资料,能借助词典阅读外国报刊杂志,以获取信息,了解和熟悉当代的经济管理和科技发展的最新动态。能用英语进行一般的商务活动,如:商务谈判,商务书信往来等。
The course aims to enable students to use English as a comprehensive tool in business, management and economic field. Through the study, students should be able to read English books and journals, and other materials in order to obtain information and to be familiar with newest development of the business world. Oral and written communication skills are also established.

Managerial communication is one of core courses in the MBA programs of many significant Chinese and foreign business schools, and it serves as a key training session of entrepreneurs and managerial leaders. This course aims to build on the oral and written communication skills through simulations in various managerial communication contests. The notion is emphasized that both academic learning and business practices are appreciated for shaping excellent managers in our new era. Some fundamental principles and practices of effective communication are covered both at the individual level and at the organizational level.
